I am graduate student at TMU. I mainly work on applications of mass spectrometry-based methods in pharmaceutical sciences such as in natural products chemistry (plants and marine resources) and clinical metabolomics analysis.

Here are the research themes I focus on

1. Mass Spectrometry Metabolomics

Application of gas chromatography and liquid chromatography coupled to a triple quadrupole (TQ) or a quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) MS systems for qualitative and quantitative workflows.

2. Natural Products Bioprospecting

I study plant and marine secondary metabolites and their bioactivities using multiple spectroscopic techniques and bioinformatics tools such MZmine, molecular networking and FBMN-stats.

3. Biomedical Analysis for Biomarker Discovery

Analysis of different human biological fluids for potential diagnostic or prognostic markers using univariable and multivariable statistical methods in R and Python language.
